1. Shipping Policy: The Artisan Journey

At Leather Ground, we don’t believe in “ready-made” mass production. Every jacket is a piece of art, handcrafted by our master artisans to your specific order.

• Precision Crafting (10-14 Business Days): As soon as your order is confirmed, our craftsmen begin the process. From hand-selecting the finest hides to the final stitch, we ensure every detail meets our premium standards.
• Quality Inspection (2 Days): Before shipping, every jacket undergoes a rigorous quality check.
• Express Transit (5-7 Business Days): Once your jacket passes inspection, we ship it via DHL/FedEx Express. You will receive a tracking number the moment it leaves our workshop. All shipments are fully tracked and insured.

Total Arrival Time: Please allow 21–25 business days for your jacket to arrive at your doorstep. We promise the quality will be worth the wait.

Note: During peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas etc.), shipping times may be extended by an additional 5–7 business days.

2. Return & Exchange Policy At Leather Ground, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. Because every jacket is handcrafted specifically for your order, we have a clear policy to ensure fairness for both parties:

• Custom-Made Orders (Final Sale): As custom-made jackets are tailored to your specific measurements and preferences, these are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Sizing Responsibility: We want your jacket to fit perfectly. Please consult our Size Chart carefully before finalizing your order. Since we craft your jacket upon receiving your order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items selected in the wrong size. We strongly recommend comparing your measurements with our size chart to ensure the perfect fit.
• Eligibility for Standard Items: For non-customized standard items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Process: All returns must be approved via email before shipping. Please contact us at info@leatherground.com to initiate a request. Once inspected and approved, Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. The refund processing time is 15 business days (excluding original shipping costs); however, depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Q: Is your leather 100% genuine? A: Yes. At Leather Ground, we source premium hides, including sheep, lamb, and cowhide. Every product is crafted from 100% genuine leather.

Q: How do I choose the right size? A: We highly recommend checking our size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes or prefer a specific fit, please contact our support team; we can help you choose the best size or even tailor it to your measurements.

Q: Will I have to pay import duties/taxes? A: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Q: How do I care for my leather jacket? A: To maintain your jacket’s quality, keep it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid direct sunlight. For cleaning, we recommend professional leather care services.
